At HErD Dental, we are committed to ensuring you receive the correct, high-quality products essential for your practice. We understand that mistakes in ordering can happen, and while our official policy is clearly defined, we strive to offer the best possible support to correct your order.

Our Commitment to You

If you have mistakenly ordered a product, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer to swap out the incorrect items for the ones you intended to order. Our goal is to minimize disruption to your operations.

• Please note that any successful product swap will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed as part of our official policy.

Official Guaranteed Return Policy

The only guaranteed basis for a product return and refund is a manufacturer’s defect.

• Manufacturer Defects: If a product you receive is determined to have a defect originating from the manufacturer, we will facilitate its return and replacement or refund according to the terms of the specific manufacturer’s warranty.
• Time Limit for Defect Reporting: All manufacturer defects must be reported to HErD Dental within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement.
• Return Authorization: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by HErD Dental. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

How to Initiate a Return or Request a Swap

1. Contact our customer service team at Latest@delsoldesigns.net.
2. Provide your order number, the product name/SKU, and a detailed reason for the return (e.g., “ordered wrong item” or “suspected manufacturer defect”).
3. If reporting a defect, we may require photographic evidence or a detailed description of the issue.
4. If approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
